Within the amazing line-up of XTC finalists and winners are a host of female founders and female-led businesses working towards making a change in each of their fields of expertise. Beyond that, as WED highlights, empowering women in business globally and elevating them financially aids communities and countries to prosper and starts a journey towards eradicating poverty.
