Innovation has no borders, making it crucial for the Extreme Tech Challenge (XTC) to expand its community internationally, but we can’t do it alone. We recognize the importance of creating a global platform that entrepreneurs can tap into for critical resources to fuel their success. That’s why we partner with key companies around the world, depending on them to find the best startups in their regions.
XTC Switzerland was created together with partners Decisive Capital Management and Sangha Capital. It’s crucial for us to collaborate with companies who share the same mission and values, so we are thrilled to introduce them both. The team kicked off the 2022 inaugural regional competition in October.
Decisive Capital Management is an independent, next generation financial advisor. As a smart capital venue, it is one of the fastest growing financial platforms in Switzerland. The team’s services are provided exclusively to sophisticated ultra-high net worth individuals, families, and institutional investors. Since the firm co-invests alongside its clients, mutual trust is vital.
The company has built a deep and diverse portfolio of businesses focused on technologies that are positively disrupting our everyday lives. In 2021, Decisive won the WealthBriefing Swiss EAM “Direct Investment Program” category.
“We are thrilled to partner with XTC as we believe this is the way to empower a new generation of tech innovators to address global challenges” said Elie Chamat, Co-Founder and CEO of Decisive Capital Management.
Sangha Capital is a purpose driven tech investment fund. They believe technology gives us the tools to find or build solutions that can improve the world and tackle many of the challenges we are facing.
Sangha Capital’s co-founder Carolina Casas said:
“XTC is completely aligned with our purpose and the partnership is key for us. Being the biggest tech for good competition in the world, alongside having a great ecosystem around it from the team, to partners, to judges, to startups, it is the perfect framework for tech for good to become the next big wave of tech solutions. We are thrilled to now take our engagement with XTC to a new level by driving the XTC Switzerland challenge, with the objective to continue to find new companies and continue to grow the tech for good reach.”
The founders of XTC are also core to the Sangha Capital mission. XTC Co-Founder Bill Tai is also a Co-Founder of Sangha Capital and XTC Co-Founder Young Sohn serves as its advisor.
We can’t wait to see what XTC Switzerland will bring to our growing global ecosystem and can’t wait to meet Swiss entrepreneurs working to build a better tomorrow. See Official Rules for eligibility and Apply now before the application deadline of February 4, 2022.
